Billy is such a nice guy. Reliable, honest, carries out his work to a high standard and is incredibly tidy. He also gets back to you when he says he will, which nowadays is a rarity.

This is the second year that I have used Heatline Plumbing to maintain our immersion heater. They have been very helpful and prompt in setting up bookings to do the work.

Was available at short notice. Good communication, professional demeanor. Work was completed and left clean and tidy.

Billy is very talented person. He was able to spot out the issue in minutes and he fixed it. Also did boiler service. His charges were very reasonable. Going forward if there are any issues in my boiler I will prefer Billy to fix it.

Absolutely brilliant service, very quick response, knows his trade, he checked over our old boiler, water tanks etc and diagnosed the problem, explained what is needed and cost and then like a true professional explained it might be better to apply for a new boiler which takes his work away but helps us in the long run rather then waist money on a old boiler that might last a few more years or breakdown again within a month. He wanted no money for the call out but we insisted on paying him something, would highly recommend.

Found Billy due to the reviews on here. He arrived on time to carry out the work of boiler servicing and a leaking radiator. He was professional, neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that lives in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire.
